KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER PURPOSE: To provide internal account management to Key Account Brokers and Outsource Companies. To Increase volumes of profitable business. RESPONSIBLE TO: Central Operations Managers KEY RESULT AREAS •Communicate to CPU Management Meetings •Input to Broker Management Meetings •Feedback on Broker satisfaction to Head of CPU •Build and enhance relationships with brokers*Outsource Companies counterparts i.e. their Operations Managers •Liaise when appropriate with Broker Principals •Improve effectiveness*efficiencies of relationships with Brokers*Outsource Companies •In conjunction with field DBMs improve Brokers product knowledge •Make personal visits to Brokers*Outsource Companies with BDMs •Identify opportunities for increasing business with Brokers To embrace the “Working Together Culture” SKILLS + EXPERIENCE •Excellent communication skills •Strong relationship building skills •Knowledge of Consumer Finance*Broker Market •Knowledge of all Products •Knowledge of internal processes •Proven negotiator •Understanding win*win scenarios •Basic IT Skills •Can influence internal departments to obtain results •People management FSA Advanced Level
